Returns & DOA Policy
Due to the delicate nature of live corals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on livestock. All coral sales are final once shipped. Customers may request order cancellation prior to shipment, subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We stand behind the health and quality of our corals. If your coral arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), please follow our DOA policy:
· Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
· Include clear photos of the unopened bag showing the coral.
· Do not discard the coral until we’ve responded.
If your claim meets the criteria, store credit may be issued. We do not offer refunds or replacements for livestock.
Non-Livestock Returns:
Returns on non-livestock items (e.g., merchandise or dry goods) may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Important Notes:
The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the package is not received on the first delivery attempt or left exposed to extreme temperatures.
Corals are living animals and may look different under various lighting and tank conditions. Natural variation in size and color does not qualify for return.
