We ship via trusted overnight carriers for live animal sales, but once your order leaves our hands, delays due to carrier error or weather are out of our control. We are not held responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee as outlined below. Hold-for-pickup is recommended during extreme temperatures. 

DOA Policy:


Customer must be available to receive and open the package immediately upon first delivery attempt. 

 

Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery time with clear photos of the coral in the sealed bag. 

Failure to comply with these conditions voids the guarantee.
Store credit may be issued at our discretion; we do not offer refunds.

DOA Claims: 

Dead-on-arrival (DOA) claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos. Do not discard the coral without instructions. Store credit is issued for DOA claims meeting these terms.
